Hey @Tennis, please check your balance, the unshield should go through by now. The problem was relevant to NEO’s fullnode that caused the stuck. It’s now back up and works just fine. Sorry for the issue.

I totally forgot about this post. Just logged on to check the new features of v2 coins and saw your response.
Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your answer and quick response. This is a great community to be in. Just as you said came true. I waited a couple of days and the transaction complete.
