Remove not unified tokens of the UI.

Now we have unified LP and tokens, we need to remove not unified tokens that creates mislead.
We need have a fully unified experience, without a bloat of unsuable little pools with not unified coins and the same “network-bloat” when you research for a coin thats already unified.
