Quest wheel spin issue

First time spinning the wheel with the quantity field…used 4 quest in 1 spin, the wheel landed on won 3 prv , no history of it in history tab.
Refreshed and reopened app, none of the spins show up in history. How does this new spin mechanism work? Did it glitch on me?
