Provide Unlocking - Stuck in Pending

I requested two PRV provide withdraw on the 30th April at 09:59am. Both are currently in a status of ‘Pending’.
ID 6494588 and ID 6494589.

Can you investigate and resolve why this transaction is taking so long please? I have cleared my cached balance, so I believe the transaction is stuck given I’ve been waiting over 3 days now.

That thread says the issue is resolved, however my withdrawal from provide is still stuck. Can @support take a look at it please?
