My pnode is offline while inside a committee but I am not home to diagnose the issue

What connection speed do you have?

Did you experience a power or internet outage?

According to speedtest.net … 50mbps… I was not home so im not sure exactly wat happened with the internet… I noticed that on the node monitor they both showed offline but both pnodes are now showing online

If you can setup TeamViewer or AnyDesk software on a computer on the same network I can do a remote session and take a look.
