You can always start with running a full node, it’s a similar setup but requires no PRV to be staked. A full node does not give any rewards, but it contributes to the network and it’s a good test as it require more CPU, bandwidth, storage and memory than a validator node. When you want to stake, you can change or start up a second docker container and run as a validator.
Great input cheers mate. Might just do that quick question have a fair amount of prv some are staked for a longer time 99% sure the question is obviously no but can you move your staked prv tokens from interest stake to node?
And I know I’m taking it in with a tea spoon but with a pc as node running as validator 1750 is what I need to stake correct?
If you’re talking about the locked PRV provide, then no. If you staked any other way, you must first unstake or withdraw to be able to restake it.
Exactly, 1750 for each validator node you want to stake. You can run multiple nodes on the same server. I run both full and validator nodes in parallel to contribute as much as I can to the decentralization and stability of the network.
As i assumed have to wait a few months before I can stake the prv in a node then or would it be any chance of getting anonymous prv.org to move my stale from % stake to node stake?? Just asking because it seems the anon prv do things about different very much a collaboration with the holders listening to the community, is there a channel where I could have a talk with the prv staff and maybe workout a deal where the staked prv would stay staked but moved to a node. The company and community have shown the best customer service and communication I’ve come across. Feels like a community welcoming you instead of a greedy fiat hungry companies like crypto.scam, a glorified debit card that gamifies the process with loot boxes manipulative set up and greed is blatantly at every interaction and down right using casino tactics to squeeze as much fiat as they can… so yeah if anyone knows a channel where i can talk to the team building this system that would be great. Unforentualy we have no way of releasing locked PRV. You will have to wait until the term is finished to stake your PRV into your own node. PRV that is locked into a term is actually used to spin up a node by the Incognito team.
