hey @Haris_Saidi , please send DM to @Support with the details what happened to you (including a screenshot if possible). We will check it out for you.
Since you are already here, the better way would be to turn this message in to a personal message, add the Support account as user to the conversation, and take it from there.
It will remove the necessity for this user to post his info again, and will remove the ticket from the forum.
