Hi. Yesterday I sent BNB from my Binance account to this app but I didn’t recieved it. In Binance it said transaction complete. I have done this transaction 5 different time in the last week already but it is the first time I am loosing my BNB. Can someone help me to find what happen.

It seems there is something in the system that isn’t processing things correctly.
We have seen outbound BTC and ETH transaction getting stuck.
No funds are lost. It is most often a matter of time. As mentioned above, send a personal message with screenshot of shielding details and the transaction hash from the external chain to the Support account on this platform.
