My Pnode device have not mine for 1 month, its connected to the wifi and blue light is on , pls help me on this matter thanks

That’s not uncommon. Committee selection (mining) is random. Some rather unlucky members have had non-earning streaks around three months.
You can use the Node Monitor tool recently released to check the network status of your pNode.
In short – be patient, it will earn again.
