Lost coins

Logged on to my wallet and all my coins are gone. How do I recover? I’ve done a seed recover but nothings there. Help!!!

Hello @bvikings,

Please go into More > Settings > Convert v1 coins to v2. After that runs your coins will show up in your wallet. You will need to do this for each master seed phrase and also each masterless key (you may or may not have this).

I’ve tried that there’s nothing there.

Please check through each wallet that you have. Funds will not simply disappear.

Also check that your seed phrase was entered properly.
