I provided 29 coins for 28% AER is there anyway i can withdraw the 29 coins i deposited or not?

Yes, you just click on the Provide tab and then click the green “Withdraw” button near the top, and select the currency that you seek to withdraw.

Welcome to the community! When you hit the withdrawal button it may take 10 min to 3 days to extract your coin from the liquidity pool depending on various factors. Most of the time it has been pretty fast but sometimes it takes longer.
If you are trying to time the market for any reason take into account the worst to possible lag and withdraw your coins early.
Don’t provide anything that you will immediately need for daytrading.
Be patient any you will soon have your money with interest.
