It's been 4 days now, waiting withdrawal

The title says it all.
It’s been 4 days now since I requested to withdraw my ETH from Provide, and it’s there just “pending”.

How can I get my ETH?
Why does it take so long?
Is the development team working on a solution for this, to make withdrawal faster? When should we expect to see that solution?

The app states provide withdrawals can take between 5 - 7 days.
