Issue opening app

This happens regularly to me in the last days. Anyone having the same problem?

Also happened to me, but for now it’s working.

We are not able to reproduce it right now.
It may be related to a weak internetconnection.

Which version of the app are you running?
Which device?
Which operating system version?
Is your internetconnection stable?

I have the same issue but when I update the new app version, It’s fixed, let try to update your app , as I know Incognito app is not support IOS14, so it only be smooth in IOS13, if you use OS system


I also have the same situation on android 8.1.0 of samsung j7 prime device
