Inter Liquidity Pool - enables the swap of tokens across exchanges in a seamless manner.

Gm Incognito family,

This is the first update of 2023, and I wish you and your loved ones a joyous and happy year.

As the year 2023 approaches, we keep working to improve Incognito.

It is true that the liquidity pools of some trading pairs are still small, resulting in a huge slippage when trading on pdex.

To address this issue, we are pleased to introduce Inter Liquidity Pool which can enable seamless swaps of tokens across liquidity pools (pDex, PancakeSwap, Uniswap, Curve,…) using stablecoins (e.g. USDT) with a single click.

How does it work on the backend?

Take XMR for example.

It is generally accepted that buying XMR is quite challenging. There aren’t many centralized choices available, like Binance. A decentralized exchange with an XMR trading pair is nonexistent yet.

This is where Incognito comes in.

Now, in addition to BTC and PRV, you may swap any EVM coin for XMR. Let’s take ETH as an example.

Incognito will assist you by first converting ETH (via pUniswap) to USDT and then using USDT to purchase XMR (via pDex).

Because the USDT pool is quite considerable, you will get a better rate for your trade.

The only disadvantage is that the fee is slightly higher. Fortunately, the fee is minor compared to the higher rate you should receive.

If the swap fails for any reason, the stablecoin will be returned to your wallet.

Please check the screenshots below for further explanation.

In this case, 1 ETH can only be traded for 7.74 XMR, and the fee is 0.0075 ETH if you use pdex as usual.

When you select Cross Exchange, 1 ETH can now be traded for 8.02 XMR, with a fee of 0.0109 ETH.

It works, doesn’t it?

To make a long story short, Cross Exchange will make it easier for you to trade on Incognito. You no longer need to be concerned about the size of the liquidity pool and certainly get a better rate in just one transaction.

This is a very good idea but why only stablecoins can be used for cross liquidity exchange ?
Even all unified coins/tokens could be used as like ETH and MATIC.
The wallet will still take the cheapest way so no way to sorry about also integrating other things than stablecoin for this feature.
