having issues loading provide screen

Not really too worried about it but kind of curious why the provide change first every 15 minutes now every hour? Just curious at all. Note still keep getting stuck in loading screen

Thanks for your screenshot. We just made it compound every 1 hour recently.
Get back to your case, as I see you are using an iOS device, could you please make a screen record about your problem?

Could you make it longer? I see it is just pending for 3 seconds before the record is interrupted.

@Jan_Sokolovits If your account has many UTXOs, you will get this issue when making a transaction. We will fix it soon as I mention in this post: Can only send small amounts of PRV

For the time being, the only way you can do is lower the amount you want to send/ give more time when the app is loading. It may help.

What do u mean by utxos

UTXO means unspent transaction output. What Peter is trying to say is that fixing the “too many UTXOs” issue is in the works, for the time being, you will need to try with lower ammounts and give a bit more time when the app is loading.

Have tried that lower amounts and waited longer as well. Still have to force close the app

Some users have been consolodating balances into a new “hub” account as a means of a temporary fix it, while we work on a way to conduct a de-fragment when there are too many UTXOs in your wallet.
