Getting an error code -6004 while trading

First time doing this so not sure whats happening. I did try it several times. Also I am on v3.11 of the app.

I believe you need to use app version 3.10.x. App v3.11 is a pre-release version and may not be fully functional just yet.

IMPORTANT!! Make sure you’ve successfully backed up your private keys before changing/uninstalling/rolling-back your app. Failure to do so can cause you to permanently lose access to your funds.

Hi, I got it through their github page. I clicked on download apk on their website instead of download from google play, since I dont have the google play store.

Should we try rolling back to 3.09 if 3.10.x. does not work? Can you send a link to the version that works?

No, you shouldn’t. 3.10.x works also means that 3.9.x does not work anymore. The version that works is the version on Play Store/App Store.
