Mere satoshis. Like 0.000000002 BTC. And it’s not always BTC. Sometimes it’s a fraction of XMR, USDC, BNB, and others. The true reward is PRV, and you can always exchange that for BTC.

More adoption, more fees to be paid to the miners. We are still very small.
More liquidity, more rewards. Also more shielding and unshielding will bring more rewards in other coins i guess.
