As Ethereum infrastructure provider Infura is down, we will pause shielding and unshielding for ETH/ ERC20 tokens until they resolve the issue or we find a workaround. All other currencies are unaffected.
Here’s more information on the Infura outage.
You’ll still be able to trade ETH/ERC20 tokens in pDEX pairs, and will be able to send and receive in-network. Other features such as Provide are also fully operational.
If you currently have a pending Shield/Unshield request, this will be processed when everything is back to normal.

Infura is back up. Shielding and unshielding has now resumed and will work as expected. Your pending (ETH/ERC-20) shields/unshields will now be processed.
