I ordered some nodes. How long until you get the confirmation email?

The confirmation email should reach you in a couple of minutes after you complete your order.

I’ve purchased a node yesterday, paid and got told I would get an order confirmation within 24 hours. Those have passed and I haven’t yet received an order confirmation.
