Are you running the latest app version?
@sato is right, this one can only be solved by you. Once you update the app you will be fine.

Since Many people had this problem and could be frustrating for the support and for the users; an idea could be to modify the error message to something like: "It looks like your transaction didn’t go through. Please wait and/or update the app and try again(-6001)" (or a similar message that suggest an update than only waiting!)
