trying to figure out how to get it staked etc.

New pNodes, fresh received from Incognito, will autostake with funded stake on install.
If you want to use your own stake, you will need to wait for autostaking to finish. You can then unstake, wait till that finishes, and then stake your own PRV.
Do not hit that Unstake button unless you have 1,750 PRV to stake the node yourself.
