Is there a way or possibly going to be a way where we can borrow money against what we hold in PRV or other coins

We currently do not offer a way for users to borrow against their assets. However, you may use our Provide or Earn features of the app to generate income by providing your assets as liquidity.
Since the Incognito blockchain is open-source, anyone can create a platform that allows users to borrow against their collateral. This might be something we look into providing in the future. The devs are in the research phase for using Incognito as a payment method.
