Hows it going, I recently ran into a problem transferring Bitcoin into incognito wallet, it timed out and said that it had insufficient amount for two transactions but I sent the right amount and it wasn’t a request but a deposit, and now I don’t know where the money is sitting, I ended up withdrawing and having it not deposit into incognito, never ran into a problem transferring Bitcoin until recently any help is appreciated, thanks.

Support will want you to send them a direct message and include screen shots of the shield transaction from your app. There is also a “retry” button on that transaction screen so you can try that.

BTC shielding, deposits, have a minimum amount requirement of 0.001 BTC.
Any amount higher than that should go through without any problem (just takes some time). If not, support will solve it.
