How long were the other 2 nodes stopped for?

I waited about 15 minutes for both. I can try again and leave them down for an hour or two.
The next option I’ll try is deleting the shard and beacon data, download them again and see if the sync signal comes through.
After that I’m fresh out of ideas

All vnodes. I’ll do another 15 min window and revert back.
I’ve tried deleting the shard data and resync - no difference. I’m wondering if it is the 2 weeks+ that does it.
The stop container and restart works. It took some time but everything is pending now.
Instructions are stop container, wait 15 minutes, restart container. Wait a few hours, possibly one epoch.

@Socrates I got confirmation. Restarting or going offline will not affect the waiting period.

Mine nodes went into pending without restart… it seems some magic happened.
