(Answered) Troubleshooting stalling pnodes away from home

Both of my pnodes are stalling but i can’t connect to ip address because I am not home is it possible to still troubleshoot them away from home

Unfortunately you need to be on the same internet connection so you can SSH into them.

Ok thanks… They both were offline for a few hours but now they are both online and running normal without any troubleshooting. Does that happen from time to time where they jus go offline?

Are you checking the status via the app or Monitor page? If the app, please only use monitor.incognito.org to check your node status. The app can be unreliable and does not indicate if there is a beacon/shard stall.
