I’m sorry to hear this as each node operator helps to strengthen the Incognito network - which brings privacy to all.
For what it’s worth, there is a difference between plugging your node into ethernet and power and actively monitoring the Node Monitor dashboard for issues. The pNode is a regular computer on the inside (Incognito software is what makes it special) so things can go wrong (usually the docker container stops running).
I would be happy to help you troubleshoot your pNode, however, I understand if you do not wish to.
